What do you do when exercise hurts or makes you feel worse?

Here's a scary statistic that Dr. Cobb made us aware of at the last seminar we attended.

It sounds strange, I know!

Why would moving more make you feel worse?

This is literally what I deal with everyday with the adult population that comes to work with us.

Chronic pain from chronic disuse.

When you find yourself in a situation where moving makes you worse it's time for a change.

The problem is, at that point, the change itself can be too threatening to a persons' nervous system.

This could be for a variety of different reasons that manifested from disuse.

Now when you go to exercise, instead of benefiting you reach a limit fast.

It can come with a price.

This usually leads people to more disuse out of fear.

At TMP, we work with those who never stop moving and we work with those who have stopped.

It's all the same mission.

Sometimes when it ends it actually begins.

Start small and think big!

Reclaim your health.
