  • I'm Certified in Neuro Athletic Training through Zhealth Performance
  • I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Masters degree in Acupuncture
  • I am a board certified and licensed Acupuncturist specializing in women's health and orthopedics
  • I am passionate about restoring hope for individuals on a health and fitness journey

Outside of Coaching:

  • I'm an avid reader and dream of having a library room in my house
