- I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA since 2008
- I'm Certified in Neuro Athletic Training through Zhealth Performance
- I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Masters degree in Acupuncture
- I am a board certified and licensed Acupuncturist specializing in women's health and orthopedics
- I am passionate about restoring hope for individuals on a health and fitness journey

- I'm a GIRL MOM
- I'm an avid reader and dream of having a library room in my house
- Hiking is my form of meditation
