This is an awesome demonstration of how powerful training inputs can be to create greater performance.

The goal was to jump rope for the first time.

We used vestibular input from the infinity drill to drive performance with the jump rope.

Sometimes you just can't say "do it better next time".

You need to look through the neurological lens.
