The answer to all of your training questions is: Yes, No, Maybe

The answer to all of your training questions is:

Yes, No, Maybe.

These three words show me the way more and more, everyday.

I am a believer that there are no protocols.

Everyone is different.

Last week I had multiple people with similar issues.

None of them assessed the same.

They all needed different training.

Mark your findings.

Do not emotionally attach to the results.

And, move on.

Remember, when things get hectic in your client sessions, the answer should always be - Yes, No, Maybe.

If you let it, this will bring you clarity of thought and results.
