Did you know that there is a part of the Brain that plays a large roll in...

  • Executive Function
  • Decision Making
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Motivation
  • Focus

All things we want to be good at!! Did you know you could train it!? Literally, in your workout!!

“Pause!” - “Go!” athletic drills are awesome for this!

Dancing or any kind of timing and rhythm work where you have to maintain a certain tempo based on auditory challenges, is super and one of the healthiest things we can do!!

Adding more complex movement tasks (think curved lines instead of straight) so that you’re not just doing linear exercise is also critical for brain activation and improving performance!!

With a little creativity and fun you could literally build a great workout around these simple 3 qualities!! One that gives you more than it takes from you!
