Corey training balance and jumping post-lung transplant

Have the courage to start where you are | TMP from Taylor Kruse on Vimeo.

What seems trivial for some is monumental for others.

Corey has been training hard with us the past few years post double lung transplant.

Why is jumping rope for one repetition such a milestone for him?

Besides the obvious qualities that jumping rope provides, when Corey first started with us he was not able to jump, land or even drive up on both toes.

He also needed some serious vestibular (balance) training to go with his movement work.

In the past 2 months he has made huge improvements and jumping rope has been on our list of goals for a long time!

It's simple... have the courage to start where you are.

Show up.

Be relentless and trust others to help you.

That is what I've learned from Corey.

Be like Corey.
