We had our first press release in the Sudbury Town Crier recently!

A nice article titled, One Size Does Not Fit all in Fitness Training and Recovery, written by Greg Gammons. Greg is a wellness educator and coach at Lincoln Sudbury High School.

Greg applied for a grant to come work with me as a continued education project.

He was super excited about the experience walking away with new education that he could use as a coach!

He didn't expect to personally benefit as much as he did either!

I really enjoy working with other coaches and introducing them to our craft!
