Our man Corey showing us how The Infinity Walk improves performance

Uncategorized Dec 19, 2017

Our main man Corey! Back when we were teaching him how to jump rope. Corey was originally coming from a place where he was not able to safely jump or land.

You might recognize the exercise used here. It’s The Infinity Walk!

In the video we used the power of The Infinity Walk to improve Corey’s jump rope! This was actually the first time Corey had successfully jumped over the rope! We couldn’t have accomplished this in one session if not for using The Infinity Walk first.

The neurology that goes into The Infinity Walk instantly helped Corey with extensor muscle strength, timing and balance! And it only took a few minutes to create this breakthrough!
