The truth is many people are over-exercise, over-breathing, and have a poor recovery process in place. We need our exercise to support long term health and wellness. We need to eliminate emergency workouts.

If you feel like your workouts create massive fatigue, an adrenaline dump that leaves you awake at night, waking up in a fog and now the thought of doing another workout is exhausting, then we should talk about nasal breathing.

I’ve got a nasal breathing challenge for you that will leave you feeling more energy after workouts, inspired to maintain progress, and will improve weight loss and even recovery.

Whether you are a beginner with your exercise program or an elite athlete, this challenge can benefit you. We have seen elite athletes with extremely poor breathing habits causing recurring injury, pain, and performance setbacks. You are not excluded here!

Every day for 4 weeks I will post my nasal breathing cardio session. I want you to use it as inspiration for your own cardio, copy it exactly, or modify to your needs every day!

In 4 weeks, I want to know if you notice progress with weight loss, recovery from exercise, sleep quality, and even appetite changes.
