Featured Athlete

Johnny Luna-Lima came to us following a long period of recurring injuries that were preventing his ability to train and compete.

What we discovered was that his mobility and motor control was impacting his running form. And, his functional breathing scores indicated reduced endurance & recovery capacity. After 3 months of mobility and breath training, his pain was eliminated and his breathing scores quadrupled.

We built on this progress and he went on to finish 2nd in the Spartan Elite Men's US National Series and 1st in his age group for the 2019 season.
