Our goal is to create a very affordable program with the flexibility required to meet you where you are at and to challenge you as you make progress.
- BONUS #1: CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM! You can choose between a 12-week, 3 day/week workout program or our regular program offers 2, 3 or 4 workouts per week and workouts update every 4 weeks! You can switch back and forth between programs as your needs and goals change.
- BONUS #2: CHOOSE YOUR EXERCISE! Unlike most exercise programs you can choose a variation that suits your needs and your equipment availability. Not interested in barbells, no problem! Choose a dumbbell variation. Don't have access to bands, no problem! Choose a bodyweight exercise. We program movement patterns with anywhere from 2-4 options for you to choose from. AND, if something is not working for you just reach out and we will send you an alternative!
