Our proprietary methodology is the result of carefully extracting our “thinking model” from a wide range of health, wellness, and performance approaches and blending them into a single cohesive practice.

We believe that the biggest performance gains do not sacrifice health and wellness, and performance longevity is our most important metric.



Taylor Kruse is a practicing BJJ martial artist, former collegiate wrestler and high school wrestling coach with more than 15 years of coaching experience. He is a co-founder of KRUSE ELITE, and a performance expert that has been featured in Men’s Health. 

Taylor has worked with a range of clientele from professional athletes to senior citizens, and has helped thousands of people with their own unique performance goals, movement quality, and pain management needs. 

He holds a BS in Physical Education & Health at Plymouth State University, is a Master Instructor in the Burdenko Method, and a certified Z Health performance coach.


Alisha Kruse is a Health & Wellness Expert, Personal Trainer, and Acupuncturist with over a decade of coaching experience. She is a co-founder of KRUSE ELITE, and a women’s health expert with solutions for performance athletes and every day women.

Alisha has worked with thousands of clients with health and performance goals ranging from minor aches and pains to more chronic metabolic conditions.

Alisha holds a Bachelors in Psychology from SUNY Brockport, a Masters in Acupuncture from MCPHS University. She is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and an AAPT Personal Trainer Diplomat. She is a Certified Z-Health Performance Coach, a Level 2 Burdenko Method Instructor, and is a Board Certified & Licensed Acupuncturist with specialties in Chinese & Japanese Acupuncture and Auriculotherapy.
