I'm here to tell you that exercise does not have to be scary during pregnancy. 

In fact, it is a necessity to maintain a level of health that will help you FEEL GOOD in your own body AND be an awesome mom!

How do I know what's good for you? I have studied brain-based health & performance strategies. Essentially, what this means is that I have been trained on how to assess and choose exercise based on YOUR UNIQUE body! 

The value in my assessment process is that as your body grows and prepares for labor & delivery your response to exercise will grow and change too.

We will know EXACTLY what is working for you moment to moment to keep you active, healthy, and exercising safely all throughout your pregnancy journey.

Brain-Based Fitness

What? Brain-based fitness is a combination of exercise and applied neurology. What it means is that we use assessments that allow us to see how your nervous system is perceiving the exercise you are doing. What it does is keeps you moving in a way that is 100% specific to your needs.


Move for you & Baby

Recent research out of Canada showed that exercise during pregnancy cut down on major complications by 40%! We will use a combination of aerobic, strength training, resistance bands, and body-weight drills. We will also integrate healthy vision, vestibular, breath, and pelvic floor training to capture the benefits of brain-based training.
