What drives your desire to be living in your best health?

As personal trainers, it is easy for our health goals to become unrelatable. For some people, it appears unreachable.

“They were born that way.” “She’s a health nut.”

The struggle that we actually go through to maintain our health can often go unseen.

My personal interest in training and even acupuncture is derived from a long-time struggle with digestive issues. It also comes from seeing health issues arise in my family that are the result of lack of access to quality food and health education.

I think many personal trainers and health educators have some sort of struggle that led them into this field, whether it was personal issues or the pain of watching a loved one suffer.

In your journey to being your best you, it’s important to remember who you’re doing it for!
