Use an assessment so you can eliminate the guessing game

You deserve an assessment!

At TMP, people usually find us after they have tried lots of other things that didn't satisfy their needs.

So, I am accustomed to hearing about people's experiences with other stuff.

The one thing that stands out to me over and over again is how much movement is being delivered to people without any kind of assessment.

Now here's the deal, for athletes and people pursuing the highest level of health and fitness (relative to them!) our goal should be that nothing can break us!

Meaning that we can participate in all kinds of exercise and activity within reason and instead of getting a negative result, get a positive one!

Unfortunately, this is not the norm.

When you start assessing everyone and everything you do, you quickly learn how different people are but also how sensitive people can be to different types of training.

This is usually based on a manifestation of different issues in their health history.

Everyone starts where they are and everyone has their own unique neurology.

So, for the best results, you deserve an assessment!

Guessing gets people into trouble and prevents athletes from performing at their highest level.

Remember, the end goal - we should be able to do the things we desire. Nothing should break us!
