These are the elements of basic BODY OWNERSHIP.

Did you know that there is a part of our brain that is largely responsible for our sense of:

  • Body ownership?
  • Feeling grounded?
  • Our sense of belonging in this life?

Did you know you could train it!? Activities that help and activate this important area of the brain are:

  • Strength training (contraction)
  • Respiration work (breathing)
  • Spinning, jumping, rolling, swinging (vestibular)
  • Meditation
  • Singing and Humming

The basics do much more than we give them credit for! Own them!

Cheers.
