Sharing memories on our 4 year anniversary

health our stories results Nov 01, 2017

On this day 4 years ago, only 6 months after we started dating, we packed up Taylor’s Suburu with every piece of equipment we owned for our new business and drove 30 minutes from our brand new apartment to our new studio to begin a journey unforeseen. We boldly (and blindly) walked through the doors with complete faith and determination. Sometimes, it’s better when you don’t know the struggle ahead of time otherwise you might never start, you know what I mean? We walked in with a bolster, a walker, a blanket, a basket, a stretching board, a ratty yoga mat, a TRX and 4 kettlebells.

Confused?

So were we.

Back then we were stretching people. A lot. We were 2 trainers, unsatisfied with not knowing how to solve people’s mechanical problems, offering a new technique with promises of restoring fascia and eliminating pain. We gave it every ounce of intellect we had to make it work - but it didn’t. Not to our standards.

So we took a risk, quit stretching people, and started anew.

We are only okay offering the greatest service, providing the highest care and achieving the best results.

The amount of continuing education we have done in the last 3 years has completely transformed our business. And, we stayed in business the entire time.

We have always had the same mission - help people resolve their health problems so they can move better and perform at their best - from pain to performance.

Today, we were so busy we did not have time to acknowledge our journey until just now. And what a journey it has been.

I hope you boldly (and blindly) follow your dreams. The bumps and scraps and humbling lessons along the way would not be discovered otherwise.

Thank you so much to all of our fans, followers, teachers, coaches, clients, friends and family for supporting us along the way.
