Adding visual challenges to Kettlebell work | TMP from Taylor Kruse on Vimeo.

When elite athletes come to us with limitations, we start with threat reduction - modulating drills appropriately to give them the best result possible.

Eventually, reintroducing threat is the key for helping them adapt to the various challenges they face in a live situation.

Adding layers of multitasking and learning to stay relaxed and efficient.

For example, in this video we are adding some visual processing challenges to our kettlebell work.

Make sure you are super solid with the fundamentals first or you will crumble with the added visual challenge.

I've been involved with training this athlete since he was 9 years old.

As you can see, there isn't much to talk about anymore.

He knows why he's here.

And so we add yet another layer to create even more options.
