Here is the secret progression!

  • 2 eyes
  • 1 eye (right)
  • 1 eye (left)
  • 2 eyes

You can insert this template into any activity that you want to get better at!

Why? Because vision is responsible for 70% of our movement outcomes!

Crazy isn’t it?! So now do you see why it would seem silly to ignore it? 

Can you imagine what the outcome might be if I improve my lousy left eye? The result will be greater than anything I could ever accomplish with other strength training modalities. Improving my vision will give me greater access to the strength that I already have!
