Let's Start 2018 with a Motivational Mindset

It is that time of year when we all reflect on our successes and our failures - weighing the two on a scale that teeter totters between good and bad.

Before we get caught up in that mindset, I challenge you to get off the scale and instead, make a list of all of your successes. What worked well in 2017? Do these efforts align with your ultimate goal or passion? If not, what are 3 steps you can take to re-center?

Instead of letting your mind slide into a negative place, a critical place, only allow yourself to dig deep to find what drives you. What feeds your health? What feeds your excitement and passion for life?

If you are constantly working towards these things, then the bumps along the way will become insignificant or at least less distracting.

Who is gonna join us with a positive mind, alignment with a greater purpose, and a motivational drive no matter what comes our way?
