Zhealth for Mind and Body | Alisha's Story from Taylor Kruse on Vimeo.

Hi Guys!

I am Alisha Hale from The Movement Project here in Acton, MA. I want to talk to you about my journey back into fitness because I think a lot of you will relate. I just finished an amazing workout and I am feeling overcome with emotion from the simple fact that I completed a killer workout with no negative setbacks. You see, I have been battling some health issues for years that have kept me from being active. I'm a personal trainer who hasn't been able to workout! If I was able to get myself to workout, it was not uncommon for me to finish the workout feeling dizzy or shaky from having a blood sugar crash. No matter how hard I worked out, I wouldn't sweat! I would end up moody, bloated, and so fatigued I couldn't finish my day - could you imagine? Workouts are supposed to do the opposite!

It's hard to pinpoint exactly where the issue lies as most of my symptoms are "sub-clinical," but I can tell you that I have hypothyroid and that is a huge factor. With a thyroid problem it can literally feel like you have to climb out from underneath a 10-ton pile of rubble just to get out of bed. It's not depression, it's not psychological, it's not a lack of motivation, it's hormonal.

The turning point for me was when I was introduced to Zhealth Performance Solutions. Zhealth is a brain-based training system that is based on neuroscience. Essentially, what it does is improve the connection between your brain and your body. What I want you to know is that this system has been life changing for me and I know it can be for you too.

I originally got into Zhealth for professional interests in helping people move better and feel better. Every day I am excited to work with my clients because I see the results immediately, moment to moment. And now that I have integrated the Zhealth concepts into my own life and training, I am experiencing the results in a really big way.

If you are out there struggling with an unsuccessful workout program, with little motivation to be active, if you have pain that keeps you from moving, and you'd do anything to pull your life back together, please give me a call. Workouts do not have to suck. It is not something you have to force yourself to get through. It should be rewarding with great results, end of story.

Thanks for taking the time to read my story. I hope you find it helpful!
