If you are chronically tight you might have a breathing problem

Sitting here working on our next big project - A beginners guide to improving your breathing! Coming in Jan 2018

Do you feel tight all of the time? Regardless of how active you are? Here’s the thing... Exercise and training should never result in more tightness. If it does, it’s likely you could have a breathing problem.

Chronically tight hamstrings, low back, mid back, neck, jaw and feet are the most common culprits for tightness and pain!

Poor breathing patterns can literally reach into every facet of your life! When breathing is comprised your fuel is compromised! That means your brain and your tissues aren’t getting enough oxygen. There is a price to pay for this.

People that breathe poorly and who feel tight all of the time usually own a tote-bag full of foam rollers, lax balls, trigger point release tools and many strange looking objects for digging into every crevasse of their body.

Why? Because they are suffering from accessory breathing muscles creating tightness in their body from repetitively breathing poorly. They usually have a shallow upper chest breathing pattern. Remember, the average person takes 24,000+ breaths per day. If they are all dysfunctional breaths that’s a lot of repetitions to try and counter act with a foam roller! Go looking for the cause instead! Think breathing.

We are very excited to be building out a project on breathing that is going to help so many people!

Stay tuned!
