Athlete: I heard your program is crazy!

Kruse: Perhaps. Is that good?

Athlete: yeah!

Kruse: have you ever trained your vision?

Athlete: never!

Kruse: you mean in your 20-year history of being an athlete you never trained your visual skills?

Athlete: nope!

Kruse: then you’ve never trained before, you have only exercised.

More than 70% of a persons' movement outcomes are mediated by visual processing. Without excellent visual skills you cannot access all that hard earned strength. Focusing on what seems small will equal something very big!
