Focus on these 4 areas to drastically improve health and performance

Want to know how to drastically improve a persons health and performance?

I mean instantly!

Focus on areas of the body that have the most joints and sense the most information.

Yep!

The hands, feet, spine and cranium!

These are all areas that consistently help our clients and athletes eliminate pain and improve performance.

And, I am quick to say that from a proprioceptive standpoint, they are the most important areas to focus on!

Because of the high concentration of joints and receptors, having good health in these areas manifests good health all over.

When's the last time you saw a person with fantastic spinal mobility/coordination but terrible hip and shoulder mobility?

Not usually a thing.

Now wait a minute... when's the last time you went to your fitness class and worked on your hands, feet, spine and cranium?!

Does this mean we have an entire health/fitness industry based around the shoulders, hips, knees and elbows?

Sure does!

Darn, guess we still have a ways to go.

But we are go'n. Slowly.
