Are you training or are you exercising?

Most training systems are output based.

Let's use an Olympic lift or throwing as an example output.

Both patterns require a harmony of different movements coming together at exactly the right time.

What determines the quality of the output is the quality of the input!

More than 70% of our movement is based on visual input.

Most of our fitness culture uses output to try and improve output.

For example, doing more squats to improve squats.

But what if the problem is input based?

This sets the stage for a long road to progress.

Or you could train inputs and get a huge immediate result!

If you're not training your vision you haven't trained yet.

You've only exercised.
