Once they discover, they are more likely to ask for what they need instead of what they want.
There are a lot of people trying to fix their health with a good old fashioned hard-ass workout.
While this can work for some, it's doing damage to others.
Here are just a few basic tip offs that you might need a different kind of movement intervention before you can have fitness:
Here's the deal, when your cells don't have enough of the building blocks they need via fuel and activation, your brain and body will not grant you improved fitness.
Relentlessly trying to overcome this, unfortunately, usually ends with pain/injury or more serious long-term problems.
You can't put fitness over metabolic issues.
But you can earn back your health and fitness if you come at it from the right direction!
