ABOUT KRUSE ELITE

YOUR COACHES, TAYLOR & ALISHA

10 years into our careers as health and fitness professionals, we were introduced to a concept called brain-based training. We consider this pivotal point to be "The Paradigm Shift" that saved our careers.

Frustrated with standard training protocols that delivered inconsistent results, we were seeking education that could help us deliver more specific and accurate results for each individual we worked with.

If we hadn't been introduced to this concept, we were willing to throw in the towel and change careers. We weren't satisfied with cookie cutter training and we wanted to be able to help our clients who were ALWAYS coming in with a variety of aches and pains.

What is brain-based training? Brain-based training is a combination of exercise and applied neurology. What it means is that we use training tools like respiration, vision, vestibular, and quality movement options to harness a change in movement quality & performance that is highly specific to the individual.

Integrating brain-based, neuro-performance concepts into our training has completely transformed our approach. And, we have developed a passion for guiding movement pros, like us, through this paradigm shift.
